Senior Sales Development Manager

Shift Timings: Evening 5 to midnight 2 (5:00 p.m to 2:00 a.m)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and develop new leads in the North American market, focusing on potential clients for Techcedence’s services and products.
  • Customer Outreach: Conduct cold calls to prospective customers to effectively pitch Techcedence’s offerings and generate interest.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients, regularly engaging with them for follow-ups to assess their needs and opportunities.
  • Email Marketing Expertise: Possess a solid understanding of email marketing tools and strategies to effectively communicate with leads and nurture relationships.
  • LinkedIn Proficiency: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to enhance lead generation and client engagement efforts.
  • Lead Scraping: Utilize various online tools and websites to contact and scrape leads, expanding the reach of potential clients.
  • Market Tools Awareness: Stay informed about various tools available in the market to improve efficiency and effectiveness in lead generation and client engagement.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales development or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus.
