Lead Generator for Sales

Shift Timings: Evening 5 to midnight 2 (5:00 p.m to 2:00 a.m)

The Lead Generator for Sales is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers to generate new business opportunities for the sales team. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively use various tools and platforms to reach potential clients. The Lead Generator will work closely with the sales team to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads that align with the company’s target market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, email campaigns, and industry events.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess the suitability of potential leads by evaluating their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update a database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for the sales team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and refine lead generation strategies accordingly.
  • Outreach: Conduct initial outreach to potential leads via phone, email, and social media to gauge interest and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes, providing insights to help optimize strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
