The Lead Generation Specialist – Sales is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers to generate new business opportunities for the sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, email campaigns, and industry events.
- Lead Qualification: Assess the suitability of potential leads by evaluating their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Database Management: Maintain and update a database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for the sales team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and refine lead generation strategies accordingly.
- Outreach: Conduct initial outreach to potential leads via phone, email, and social media to gauge interest and set appointments for the sales team.
- Cold Calling: Make 150 cold calls per week to prospective customers to effectively pitch Techcedence’s offerings and generate interest.
- Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes, providing insights to help optimize strategies.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new leads in the North American market, focusing on potential clients for Techcedence’s services and products.
- Customer Outreach: Maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients, regularly engaging with them for follow-ups to assess their needs and opportunities.
- Email Marketing Expertise: Possess a solid understanding of email marketing tools and strategies to effectively communicate with leads and nurture relationships.
- LinkedIn Proficiency: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to enhance lead generation and client engagement efforts.
- Lead Scraping: Utilize various online tools and websites to contact and scrape leads, expanding the reach of potential clients.
- Market Tools Awareness: Stay informed about various tools available in the market to improve efficiency and effectiveness in lead generation and client engagement.
